Elsa Frozen Fever Dress

So, I mentioned my discomfit with Elsa's Frozen Fever Dress. . . I find it slightly annoying honestly. Blue ice was already a stretch, but she isn't the queen of spring. . .  she's the queen of ice and snow. She says it herself! 
So this dress has a different color palette completely. I used these two picture for inspiration -

The first one was a small bit of inspiration for the shape and the detailing of the dress, and the second the colors. It ended up looking a little like a tacky prom dress, but whatever It was fun - if complicated - to make
